Every projects I worked with, including residential building, public facilities and industrial warehouse, tackling with environmental and climate conditions (air, heat, light, etc.) is always decisive and indispensable regarding design approach. Moreover, do it efficiently by means of BIM and suitable technologies to examine the entire building construction and its life cycle management.

For me, BIM represent the tools for better construction quality and management, to reduce the misunderstanding between design team, contractors and vendors. Thus, a clearly well-built BIM model is necessary from the conceptual phase to construction to validate the feasibility of working procedure while it can also be used for analysis, procurement and maintenance. BIM is not merely a tool for exporting an architectural document, it connects the parties involved in construction and provides consistency for the team.
