My name is Gaspare Bruno, I work for Kalisode network to develop our business connections and to maintain and enhance our organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating our associate relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

As Business Development Manager, I serve as the point of contact for customers on contractual matters. On all standard and nonstandard contracts, I provide redlined recommendations and often negotiate directly with customer attorneys or purchasing staff until consensus has been reached. I support Product Management / Marketing to ensure company products and services are offered with appropriate, competitive terms and conditions. I monitor competitive terms and monitor customer satisfaction with our terms and conditions and contracting practices. I ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation. I handle on-going issue and change management. I monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.). I Oversee Service Level Agreement Compliance and I ensure contract close-out, extension or renewal.
