WE ARE ON-AIR NOW, GOODBYE ITALIAN!

THE DESIGN WORLD IS GOING GREEN, IN THE NEXT 5 YEARS 9% OF THE SKYSCRAPER WILL HAVE A PREPONDERANT INSERTION OF LANDSCAPING IN THEIR FACADES AND INTERIORS.
Notwithstanding the fact the only 9% of the skyscrapers will have a green facade, all these high-rises inserted in this category will end up entering the world of design Gotha.
-
Landscaping is now a must in chic and stylish architecture.
Considering the rising pollution in the world megalopolis, plants and trees integrated into the building represent the possibility to affirm people’s well-being centrality against the pure territory exploitation.
It’s nature’s affirmation.
-
In this sense nature is the new chic. The ambitious real estate developers can today trade quality for quantity, a tree instead of four buildable square meters, a tree instead of 12 cubic meters, it is a lot in terms of economical effort. It’s ambitious. But today this is a value in our common sense and sacrificing rentable spaces towards air purification, aesthetics, colours, living beings is not only a possibility but a must.
-
larger architectural studios are seeking more and more collaboration with landscape studios, nature is the new chic, they Do want to integrate plants and trees in their designs.
And you reader… where are you in the process of building the ultimate design portfolio?
Do you have a design project skyscraper related?
No?
What are you looking for?
Kalisode Network will help with its unique method to build the ultimate design portfolio and enter the workforce after this course.
FOR WHOM THESE CLASSES ARE DESIGNED
This Revit 2020 webinar classes are designed for this kind of curious people:
• young landscapers who want to boost their BiM capabilities and enter the working force NOW!
• professional from the construction industry, who want to swap from the field to “behind the desk” phase of their career
• remarkable ”Sunday I am building my house” people, who want to follow the process A to Z and draw their own solutions.
• curious people: “Stay hungry, stay foolish”

CLASSES DESCRIPTION
Classes purpose:
The course aim is the mastering of advanced solid modelling techniques, parametric design via visual programming, and quantity take-offs with REVIT 2020. Landscaping will have a dedicated focus in the building of the skyscraper through a workshop. Concept design from scratches will be assessed and interoperability between different software Rhino and Revit will be shown. At the end of the program, the student will have drafted their own skyscraper with the main landscaping concept emerging as prime. The aim of the program is that after completion, the student should have the following knowledge, skills and competencies.
The classes provide knowledge in:
-LoD (Level of Development) BIM Development level.
-LoG (Level of Geometry) Modeling development level.
-LoI (Level of Information) Information development level.
-Categories, Families and types elements.
-Basic principles for visual programming.
-Quantity take-offs and scheduling.
-Advanced structural BiM modeling.
-Architectural conceptualization.
-Landscaping conceptualization.
-Landscaping repositories for BiM objects.
-BiM work-sharing and group collaboration (Landscaping team, Structural team, Architectural team).
After the classes, the student should have skills in:
-Create sketches and extrusions to model construction details.
-How to create complex structural elements in Dynamo (structural beam network).
-Create quantity take-offs.
-Interact with Autodesk Infraworks to insert your landscape model in a real world’s setting
-Create sections and facades.
-Insert BIM elements downloaded from Landscaping repositories websites.
-Manage visibility of BiM information.
-Managing collaboration of wide teams
Competencies:
After completing the course, the student must have the competence to plan and model complex building environments, inserting landscaping in a BiM project, generate construction drawings of these and be able to quantify the amount in a project.
The knowledge that the course and skills that the course provides must give the student competence to work after approximately 500 hours of additional internship, as a BIM specialist in construction consultants, construction contractors etc.
On the classes instructors:
Michele Bruno is a BIM manager, certified by Autodesk.
He has a relevant and ongoing practice in the construction of infrastructures and lighting design.
In Sweden, Michele taught BIM at the Polytechnic for specialists in concrete and KL wood.
Michele is currently the BiM Coordinator for the AGN Haga Group, AGN is the company that is building the Haga train station in Gothenburg within the challenging and nationally strategic Västlänken railway project.
