FOYER DESIGN

A foyer from its definition and functionality is an entrance hall or other open area in a building used by the public, especially in hotels, theatres and high-rise structures.

In this project, the first eight (8) floors were dedicated to function as the foyer to host public movements and to serve as the entrance to the interior and upper floors of the building.

The floor slabs of the foyer were designed to have openings that reflect cracks in the facade of the structure. Its design also takes into consideration day-lighting factors which are greatly influenced by the openings in the floor slabs of the first eight floors of the building.
